HIIT 30

About

This program consists of 3 HIIT days, 2 cardio days, and a rest day weekly. Each routine is about 30 minutes long and requires minimal equipment. You need a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a soft surface. There are video demonstrations of each exercise. This program does not expire.
