

I began my fitness journey at 16, shortly after signing with my first modeling agency. Modeling gave me the motivation to commit to a consistent gym routine.
Soon, I ventured beyond the usual cardio machines and discovered weight training. The results I experienced from lifting far surpassed anything I had achieved from hours of daily cardio. Over the next two years, through research and trial and error, I developed a method that truly worked for me.
By practicing proper routines in the gym, combined with good nutrition outside the gym, I completely transformed my body. I now have a passion of sharing what I’ve learned with my clients.
Once I experienced the power of prioritizing health and fitness, I knew I wanted to help change the lives of others—using the same outlet that transformed mine: the weight room.
